What is JSP(Java Server Page)

JSP ( Java Server page)

  • JSP stands for Java Server Page. 
  • It is a server side programming language which is implemented on the top of servlet technology. 
  • Every JSP you are writing is equivalent to a servlet. 
  • JSP is a combination of HTML tags, required text and java code.

Example : Let us suppose that a jsp file name is index.jsp
